Mandatory Learning

Take the stress and administration out of your day-to-day and annual mandatory learning needs by talking to us today.

Our Social Care courses meet the continuing development needs of health care workers in community residential settings, nursing homes
and private care providers.

We understand care and our mandatory learning packages are designed to ensure you are compliant with the standards and knowledge requirements set by the Jersey Care Commission.

We understand the different requirements for Day Care settings, Care Homes, and Home Care providers and provide training packages to match.

Where there are additional requirements based on location, client-specific need, or risk involved in your care provision, we have that covered too.

We work in partnership with TQUK to offer our learners a range of vocational qualifications under the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). This is the way of recognising achievement through the awarding of credits for qualifications and individual units.

Taking this approach provides a more flexible route to gaining qualifications and enables you to progress in smaller steps through the accumulation of credit.

TQUK is an Awarding Organisation recognised by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual).
