At Care College, our team is all highly qualified, experienced clinical professionals providing First Aid, Health & Safety, Emergency Response, Social Care Diplomas, and Mandatory Training.
We provide Resuscitation Council instructors for high-end CPR and medical emergency training, RQF and IQA assessors, and first-aid instructors who are able to deliver regulated first aid courses.

Anne is a critical care nurse with over 20 years of experience.
She started Care College in 2016 to fill a need for quality healthcare and first-aid training in Jersey. Her first-hand experience and commitment to improving standards of care make Anne an excellent tutor.
Megan is a registered nurse with a background in Trauma, Orthopaedics, Acute Care, and Older Adult Care.
Megan holds Nursing and Midwifery Council tutor status, has a Masters in Education, and a Registered Manager’s Award. Megan is also a senior First Aid instructor.
Trainer and Assessor
Nuno has been part of the Care College team since February 2021. He enjoys teaching and sharing his knowledge with others.
Nuno’s background is in care management and supporting individuals with a range of conditions and needs.
Nuno is able to teach in Portuguese.

Luke is the newest member of our team and joined us after studying his Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and Level 3 Assessing Competence in the Working Environment Diploma with us.
Luke has more than six years experience of working in a care setting and is passionate about quality care.

DR. KIRSTIE ROSS
Kirstie is a senior doctor in Jersey’s Emergency Department.
She supports our primary care emergency training and also provides wellbeing and mental health training for corporate clients.
Rachael is a senior nurse in critical care with a specialist interest in paediatric nursing.
Her experience includes being a resuscitation officer in Jersey. She is a paediatric and adult advanced life support instructor.
Honor is a Registered Nurse with 44 years of experience gained in the UK NHS and Jersey. Her qualifications include MSc Professional Studies, BSc Health and Social Care, Post Graduate Cert in Strategic Workforce Planning along with a qualification in Professional Mediation.
