We provide Resuscitation Council instructors for high-end CPR and medical emergency training, RQF and IQA assessors and first-aid instructors who are able to deliver regulated first aid courses.

Anne is a critical care nurse with over 20 years of experience. She now works in practice development and is a trainee advanced nurse practitioner. Anne established Care College in 2016, when it was known as A2E and initially focussed on high-quality resuscitation training for primary care.
The demand for healthcare and first-aid training soon became apparent and Anne has developed Care College to meet that demand. Anne delivers mandatory training that includes safe-handling, QCF assessor and IQA and an advanced life support instructor for the Resuscitation Council, UK, (RC, UK).
Rachel is a senior nurse in critical care with a specialist interest in paediatric nursing. Her experience includes being a resuscitation officer in Jersey. She is a paediatric and adult advanced life support instructor.
Clare is a senior manager in the community and delivers clinical and mandatory training. She has vast experience of working in community and primary care and supports staff and managers to implement legislation and guidelines.
Dr Kirstie Ross
Kirstie is a senior doctor in Jersey’s Emergency Department. She supports our primary care emergency training and also provides wellbeing and mental health training for corporate clients.
Suzi works in the community sector and supports the on-site assessments, teaching and clinical training for RQF trainees and care support staff island-wide. Suzi is also a registered first aid instructor.
